  7. Comfortable with change – knows how and when to be effective.
  8. Fast response the recruitment process.
  9. Active feedback to user.
  10. Understanding about calculation tax

  1. Handle for Recruitment from ARP Company.
  2. Handle request application recruitment from Client’s .
  3. Update progress hiring to dept.
  4. Handling for database report ARP Hiring.
  5. Handling for interview arrangement.
  6. Handle for design remuneration before send to Client’s
  7. Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  8. Communicate and coordination with suppliers and stake holders.
