Requirement:

1. Professional experience in facility (soft service & hard service) minimal 3 years, and bility to analyze work flow, data & CMMS, work order system, and acceptance
2. Communication skills, ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous
3. Excellent communication in English , plus point if fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and have reporting skills
4. Vendor management
5. Well knowledge in HSE, Hospitality and Quality assurance.
6. Great attention to detail, diligent and focus.
7. Sharp thinking, benchmarking, and open minded to seek more ideas to enrich the service and efficiency.
8. Always thirsty of goal and achievement.

Job Description:
Integrated Facility Management is the business unit defined the tools and service that support the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency  buildings and grounds, infrastructure and real estate Jakarta and other island in Indonesia.

1. Facility Administrator manage properties in a wide range of industry and focus monitoring on task performed by vendors for Soft Service and Hard Service to keep stream line with IFM KPI.
2. As part of IFM you would be expected to oversee activities to ensure work by vendor is carried out in accordance to business guidelines and evaluate the standard of service and maintenance.
3. Sharp thinking, benchmarking and open minded to seek more ideas and innovation to enrich the facility service.
4. Arrange and support the yearly audit for soft and hard service; ex. AEO, ISO, Local HSE Audit, Quality Audit, etc..
5. IFM contributes the occupant comfort and safety, optimizes system performance, save energy, efficiency, with KPI oriented.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with business unit and vendors.
7. Responsible of daily service end to end and acceptance.
